Research: Learning filming tips

As i have started the filming of my project i thought that i would meet up with people who currently record artists. I managed to meet with Jake Jaggard who is the creator of a YouTube channel called OneTakeTV. During the meet Jake was recording a music video in which he was going to put onto his YouTube Channel, At the time he was recording a rap artist Tobi Kareem. I think it was quite beneficial for me being here as the song type is similar to the one in which i want for my music video, also as Jake is has experience for over a years work now he managed to show me a few tips which would be beneficial.

Filming: Day one

On the 1st of march i was finally able to start my recording. Even though i encountered a problem of my Cast not being available on this date i thought that i would get some establishing shots of scenery. I was in Lake district during the filming and thought that shots of things such as lakes and fields could be used for scenes in which i do not use my cast in.  During these shots i was limited to the amount i could record, the reason why is because my main focus when recording is to have my cast members within the shots so i could not get masses of footages.
